#1 To ensure safety of the citizens of Madison County.

#2 To hold the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and staff accountable to living higher standards of professionalism and integrity.

#3 To be a good leader and promote leadership development within the Sheriff’s Office for the future.

#4 To promote mental health resources within the community and within the Sheriff’s Office.

#5 To maintain an emergency response team.

#6 To develop a great working relationship with the Rexburg Police Department and other agencies in Eastern Idaho.

#7 To have a full-time narcotics officer.

#8 To work closely with citizens of the community, both citizens of Madison County, and cities within Madison County.

#9 To be fiscally responsible and transparent with expenditures within the Sheriff’s Office budget.

#10 To develop trust between the Citizens of Madison County and deputies of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
